the kids' foam party was an absolute hit. the staff showed great effort in pleasing everyone. i would definitely revisit. the service was indeed very good, and it created a very cheerful atmosphere. the whole family had a blast here.
the luggage weighing machine cost one euro for approximately one second of weighing

Rooms were nice and spacious. our room was super clean, spacious, and well equipped. It had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. it looked modern. The changes they made really enhanced the ambiance.

The greek and japanese restaurants serve amazing food. the buffet was always clean. It was great even when busy. the snack bar offers just what you need. You can enjoy a beer by the pool.

the hotel staff were very polite i found them cute whatever part of the hotel i was in check in was quick i received my room this room had a double bed with an extra bed and a cot the room could squeeze the travel cot in i found it was the right one. the kids pool was great for the kids the beach was clean i never had an issue getting sun beds around the pool
the food was the worst from any all inclusive i have been to the only fruit at breakfast was slices of orange lemon or grapefruit everything hot for breakfast lunch or dinner was served in silver dishes with a lid so the food sweats

i enjoyed how near it was to the beach. the beach area was lovely for a relaxing time. the staff was attentive to my needs. ahmed at the greek restaurant was helpful.
The all-inclusive drinks were sometimes served in plastic cups during the evening. I prefer glasses.

the location have a prime location near two beaches. rooms include balcony, it was convenient. food have very good choice during meals. i appreciate this stay at this hotel.
the gym dont have enough machines. broken machines are there. hotel is in need of urgent repair. i hope the management fixes it soon.

The food was delicious with something new offered daily. I liked the iced coffee served between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM. The hotel provided multiple attractions for children so they were never bored.
The pools opened at 10 AM, slightly late for families wanting to enjoy the cooler morning hours with young children.
